Quilt Goes To Auction 2010

The 2010 Friendship Days Quilt, pieced and appliqued by Karen Nafziger and Char Roth, quilt co-chairs, is shown in the hand quilting process that used 780 yards of thread. These photos include Esther Sauder, Sheila Short, Melda Richer, Carolyn King, Marcine Klopfenstein, Donna Smith, Karen Nafziger and Chris Holland, some of the many community quilters who helped with this year's quilt.



	Congratulations to the quilting volunteers. The Friendship Days Quilt took second place honors in their division at Sauder Village Quilt Fair Apr 27-May 2. Over 400 entries this year at the Sauder Village event.
The Friendship Days quilt sold for $2,100 at the Park Auction June 25.
