Baskets in the Park is the name of the 2012 Pettisville Friendship Days quilt. The quilt was designed and pieced by Glora Belle Yoder, marked by Karen Nofziger and was quilted by over 50 ladies from the surrounding community. The quilt will be raffled off during the Park Auction, Friday evening June 22. 

The photos above were taken in the School's new Atrium in March. If you missed the school event you can catch the Friendship Days quilt at the Archbold Library the week of April 16.
  

The quilt will also be at the Sauders Annual Quilt Show May 1-6.

Need A Few More Volunteers

As of the April meeting of the Friendship Days committee, there are several openings in the Food area and Sporting Events. If more help from the Pettisville community doesn't come forward, some of the events will need to be cut from the schedule. The next volunteer's meeting is May 15 but a lot is going on behind the scenes today. Contact Chairmen@FriendshipDays.org to join the volunteers planning your community festival.
